The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under section 399 of IPC in Crime No. 71 of 2019 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. On an earlier occasion, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.NO.29509 of 2019 dated 05.12.2019, subject to certain conditions.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had not complied the condition imposed by this Court and thereby filed the second anticipatory bail application.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that the offence committed by the petitioner is grave in nature, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
