(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J) This petition is filed seeking exemption from payment of Court Fee.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it has been stated that the petitioner sought for compensation of Rs.47,00,000/-, but the Tribunal has awarded Rs.15,96,000/- and this appeal is filed only for enhancement of compensation, but at present, they are not in a position to pay entire Court fee.

3.Since the Tribunal has already awarded compensation of Rs.15,96,000/- in favour of the petitioners and except the vague allegation, no reason has been given for grant of exemption from payment of Court fee, this petition is dismissed. The petitioner shall pay requisite Court fee within a period of three weeks.
