ORDER

Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 23.03.2017 and to point out field boundary line in Plot Nos. 20& 21, measuring 6 cents in Survey No.170/3A, NO.364, Pavunjur Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Kanchipuram District.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2017, the respondents have not considered the same so far. 5.

Ms.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations and pass orders in accordance with law, within a time frame, after giving notice to the 4th respondent.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the 4th respondent.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
