Earlier, when this revision petition was taken up on 17.12.2019 for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, this court had directed the matter to be posted today under the caption for dismissal. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further and as such this court is inclined to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution.
