This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.2 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.217 of 2024 dated 06.07.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner had challenged the petition filed for suspension of sentence. Therefore, this petition is not maintainable, since it is filed as against the dismissal of suspension of sentence petition in Crl.M.P.No.2 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.217 of 2024. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the same Court for appropriate relief.
