in all contempt petitions * * * * * COMMON ORDER This Court, while disposing of the writ petitions in W.P.Nos.4712 to 4733 of 2014, vide common order dated

20.02.2014, directed the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 09.12.2013, in the light of the Division Bench order passed in W.A.Nos.315, 1531, 1691 to 1693 & 1165 of 2010, dated 07.07.2011 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks. Now, the petitioners have filed the present contempt petitions, alleging that the order of this Court was not obeyed by the respondents.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents and he has also produced the copies of the proceedings dated 10.07.2014 issued by the 4th respondent herein.

3.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, now nothing survives in these contempt petitions. Hence, the Contempt Petitions are ordered to be closed.
