ORDER
Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay interest at 12% p.a. on the retirement benefits paid to the petitioner on various dates from the date of retirement dated 31.05.1998 till the date of actual disbursement, within a reasonable time.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, she has no instruction from her client.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent even on the last occasion submitted that the petitioner died on 29.09.2017 and today he has produced the death certificate of the petitioner.

4. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instruction from her client for taking steps, she submits that she has no instruction from her client.
