ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025 regarding disburse of the family pension and terminal benefits in the light of the orders passed by the first respondent herein in G.O. (D), No 609 Municipal Administration and Water Supplies (MC 3) Department dated 17.10.2025 and consider the petitioner as sanitary worker on compassionate basis due to the death of her husband Hazarathiah, on 26.06.2021 who was working as a Sanitary Worker, within a time-frame as deem fit and proper by this Court.

2. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
