The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that as the Suit in O.S.No.55 of 2020, has already been disposed of by the learned I Additional District Judge, Salem, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition and hence the same may be dismissed. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to the said effect in the Petition.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the endorsement made, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
