This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint against the said proposed named persons on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondent dated 28.03.2016 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.03.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.171/2016 and the same was closed on 10.06.2016. The respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the Closure Report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
