ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to implement proceedings Rc.No.1717/2016/A2 dated 07.02.2017 of first respondent and to lay of cement/Thar road from Ansagiri House to Ellappa house in Pukasagaram Village, Hosur Taluk, 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

It is seen that on the representation submitted the petitioner and other residents of Pukasagaram Village to lay road, the tender was floated and one contractor was awarded work order and the same was approved by the first respondent by its proceedings dated 07.02.2017. Thereafter, no work has been taken place and as such the petitioner submitted representation. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner filed the present writ petition with the above prayer. 4.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the

respondents are directed to implement the work order awarded in favour of the contractor as per the proceedings dated 07.12.2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
