C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's (in both WPs) representation dated 08.12.2025, regarding appointment of the petitioner K.Mary's elder son K. Yesu as Sanitary Worker due to the death of her husband Kondaiah on 04.12.2015, who was working as a Sweeper and the petitioner B.Sagunthala's son due to the death of her husband S. Babu on 03.05.2022, who was working as a Driver on compassionate basis respectively, within a time limit as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today at the admission stage itself.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners in these Writ Petitions, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 08.12.2025 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
