This petition is filed by the petitioners / appellants seeking to condone the delay of 287 days in filing the above Writ appeal.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent has no serious objection for ordering this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
