This petition is filed to condone the delay of 503 days in filing the above Appeal.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that second respondent/driver of the vehicle is not necessary party and notice may be dispensed with.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4.Though notice has been served on the third respondent and its name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation, either in person or through counsel.
5.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 503 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street, Parrys, Chennai 001.
[Cell No.9840068800/ 9840068889], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
