This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a speedy disposal of O.S.No.2 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Ranipettai at Ranipet.

2. Heard Mr.N.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this is a matter where the defendants had been set ex parte and the plaintiff's side defence has been closed on 21/3/2024 and the matter is posted for arguments 2/4

on 5/4/2024 and continues at this stage for a very long time. Therefore, directions are issued to the learned Principal District Judge, Ranipet, to dispose of O.S.No.2 of 2024 on or before 30/6/2025.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
