CRIME.NO.1589 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.20637/2020 dated 05.01.2021 by this Court that the petitioners shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.JOTHIMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.20637 of 2020 dated 05.01.2021.

condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.20637 of 2020 dated 05.01.2021, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
