O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the matter has been settled out of Court and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
