Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to cancel the patta issued to third respondent vide Patta No.URB/01/122/001/008/0010/55/0 in respect of the property to an extent of 2106 sq.ft. situated at Door No.3, Mukthamji Street, Alandur, Chennai - 16, comprised in Survey No.55 of Alandur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District and further direct to issue patta to the petitioner after proper due enquiry upon the representation dated 04.11.2019 and 19.12.2019 made by the petitioner to the second and first respondents respectively.
