This criminal original petition has been filed directing the 1st respondent to survey the properties, which is situated in S.Nos.150/5,150/3B and 150/6B to the extent of 1.34 acres in Vellaiyur Village, Gengavalli Taluk (now Thalaivasal Taluk) Salem District based on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2023 with aid of the 2nd respondent police within stipulated time may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 05.09.2023 in CSR.No.237 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

3.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this criminal original petition and it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the Civil Court and proceed further in accordance with law. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
