ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Anupparpalayam police station, Tiruppur, every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.11479 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13809 of 2023 dated 08.08.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13809 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.11479 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13809 of 2023 dated 08.08.2023 is relaxed.
