O R D E R

Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent / Dharmapuri Co-operative Town Bank contended that the loan itself was closed on 03.10.2009.

2. A perusal of the records shows that on two occasions, the Civil Revision Petition was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' since there was no appearance on behalf of the revision petitioner. Today also there is no appearance on behalf of the revision petitioner.

3. In the facts and circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
