This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.469 of 2018.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallipattu, in FR No.464 of 2018 dated 14.09.2018. 3.

In view of the above, no further order can be passed in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallipattu, to act upon the final report, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
