ORDER

Mr.D.Suriyanarayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2017, wherein and whereby he sought for correction of survey number in the patta.

4.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said request has not been considered by the respondents so far.

5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, the writ petition is disposed of, by directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
