Alleging disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.4392 of 2014, dated 18.02.2014, the present contempt application has been filed.

Mrs.T.P.Savitha, learned Government Advocate (Coop.) submitted that notice in the condone delay petition filed along with the appeal, has been ordered, pursuant to which, there was also hearing on 04.00 P.M., today. 4.

Having regard to the delay already caused, the respondent is directed to pass orders, as expeditiously as possible.
