The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to renew the petitioner's Form B License in Reg.No.PNA/2326/2003 dated 22.12.2003 for running the scan centre at the petitioner's Hospital, namely, 'Niharika Hospital and the Scan Centre', No.324, Cuddalore Main Road, Vazhapadi, Salem District, forthwith.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation to the respondents seeking renewal of her licence for running scan centre and since the same has not yet been considered has filed this petition.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issue direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner acted in violation of the relevant Rules and Regulations and hence F.I.R. was registered as against her, however, the petitioner's representation will be considered by the competent Authority.
5.In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the competent Authority to consider the petitioner's representation dt.21.12.2018, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
