This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No. 1/4

337 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and draft final report is ready. A copy of the draft final report is also filed before this Court. 4.In the light of the above, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. There shall be a direction to the respondent Police to file the final report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If ultimately, the final report is acted upon and summons issued to the petitioner and if the petitioner is aggrieved, it will be left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.

5.This criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
