The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2016 with respect to removal of the third respondent from the AWBI, in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the third respondent's membership period itself was over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.
