The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to survey the land and fix boundary of his land measuring 1 / 4

about 2.15 cents for the Survey No.227/1 situated at Athiyour Village and Post, Tirupattur Taluk, Tirupattur District.

2. In respect of the property situated at Survey No.227/1 situated at Athiyour Village and Post, Tirupattur Taluk, Tirupattur District, the petitioner has given an application dated 17.12.2022 to the 1st respondent to subdivide the property and issue patta. In order to consider the said application, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

4. Learned Government Advocate would submit that, the application submitted by the petitioner dated 17.12.2022 would be considered and decided by the 1st respondent on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame.

6. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the application dated 17.12.2022 submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
