This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.01.2025 seeking bail in Crime No.63 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 126(2), 109, 115(2), 118(1) & 351(3) of BNS [ 147, 148, 294(B), 307, 323, 324, 341 & 506(2) of IPC.

It is seen that, the bail petition filed by the petitioner for the same Crime Number was dismissed by this Court yesterday ie., on 12.02.2025 in in Crl.O.P.No.3376 of 2025, however suppressing the same, petitioner has come up with this petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
