ORDER

The petition to accept the cause title has been filed on the ground that petitioner filed I.A.No.5 of 2025 and I.A.No. 6 of 2025 before the Family Court seeking permission to conduct the case through his power agent Mr.G.Arunachalam and the same was ordered. However, at the time of issuing certified copy of the order passed in I.A.No.7 of 2025, the name of the power agent has not been included.

2. If the application to recognise power has been ordered by the Family Court, the petitioner has to get the impugned order amended by the Family Court suitably and file appropriate certified copy with the name of the power agent reflected in the preamble portion. Therefore, the petition is dismissed.

3. Registry is directed to return the revision papers to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to get the preamble portion of the impugned order rectified by inclusion of power agent.
