ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for mandamus to direct the respondents to provide Agriculture electrical Motor connection to petitioner, based on the representation dated 03.12.2022.

2. The brief facts of the case as per the affidavit enclosed to this Writ Petition are that the petitioner is having agricultural land in Takatti village bearing Survey No.377/1B to an extent of 0.21.00 hectare. On 03.06.2016 petitioner made an application for obtaining Electric Motor connection for the bore well situated in the above mentioned land. However, the respondents did not take any steps to give agricultural electrical motor connection, hence, petitioner made a representation on 16.10.2022 before the 2nd respondent, but the same was not considered. Thereafter, petitioner made a representation to the Chief Minister Cell and also the 2nd respondent

on 03.12.2022, requesting to provide Agricultural Motor connection, but the same was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for suitable direction to the respondents.

3. Heard both sides and perused the material placed on record.

4. Considering the submissions made by both sides and upon perusal of the records, this Court is inclined to issue the direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2022 and pass appropriate order in the manner known to law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
