ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.38 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 in respect of condition No.6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.O.P.No.38 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on all Saturdays at 10.30 am., until further orders.
