It is stated by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent that an information that was furnished to this Court as if no confiscation proceedings turned out to be incorrect and even in the month of January 2025 itself, the notice of appearance was also served on the petitioner.

3. In that case, let an affidavit be filed along with the supporting documents and same shall be served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
