ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.M.Gnanasekar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to stop the illegal stone crushing.
3. The persons against whom illegal stone crushing is alleged are not parties in the present writ petition. No orders can be passed in their absence.
4. The petitioner has already filed a representation before the authorities. The petitioner can prosecute the said representation with the authorities as may be permissible under law.
5. In light of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
