ORDER
(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) The contempt petition has been filed by the institution alleging non-compliance of the miscellaneous order passed by this court, on the part of the authorities. However, it is seen that while disposing the miscellaneous petition, this court has directed the petitioner institution to rectify the deficiencies pointed out/observed by the inspection team as also the Court Observers as is reflected in the surprise inspection report in the interest of the students of the institution.
2. Nothing has been brought to the notice of this court with regard to compliance of such direction on the part of the petitioner nor anything has been corresponded by the petitioner with the University. Only if thee is any material regarding compliance, then it will be feasible for the University to
examine and consider the same. It appears that the petitioner has not forwarded any details as to the compliance of the deficiencies pointed out by the Court Observer. Therefore, the contempt petition cannot be entertained and accordingly, it is closed.
