The petitioners have come up with this writ petition challenging the proceedings No.3780/A1/2014 dated 10.11.2014 on the file of the first respondent and and quash the same and for consequential relief.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties that the appellate authority be directed to entertain the appeal and decide the same on merits after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.

3. Such being the case, the impugned order dated 10.11.2014, is set aside and the first respondent is directed to entertain the appeal and decide the case after granting sufficient opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
