This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for her willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.10451 of 2011, dated 25.04.2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate has produced the order of the District Educational Officer, Primary School, in Na.Ka.No.457/m3/2022 dated 12.04.2024 fixing the revised pay of the petitioner with effect from 01.01.1996.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to pay the actual pay benefits to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
