(Order of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The writ petition has been instituted by the Katpadi Bar Association.

2. Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, would submit that the Katpadi Advocates Association was illegally functioning.

3. However, the said Katpadi Advocates Association has not been impleaded as a party in the writ petition and therefore, we are not inclined to grant no relief against the Kadpadi Advocates Association. If at all any allegations exist between the parties, it is for them to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
