These three applications have been filed consequent to the death of the 7th respondent / Krishnasamy @ Kitta Gounder. These applications have been filed by the legal representatives of the aforementioned Krishnasamy @ Kitta Gounder seeking to implead themselves as respondents 13 to 17 in the Second Appeal. It had been stated that in filing the applications there has been a delay and applications have been filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and also to bring on record legal representatives. 2.In view of the fact that connected applications, wherein the sole appellant died, his legal representatives have been permitted to be brought on record in CMP.Nos.4945, 4946 and 4947 of 2022 by order dated 14.06.2022 today, these applications are also allowed. It is to be noted that the Second Appeal had been admitted and the substantial questions of law have been framed.
