The petitioner-wife has filed the present transfer petition seeking to withdraw the HMOP.No.351 of 2024 filed by the respondent-husband before the Sub Court, Ambattur and transfer the same to Sub Court, Manapparai. Tiruchirapalli.

2.The petitioner would seeks transfer on the ground that she is living at Manapparai, Tiruchirapalli, which falls within the jurisdiction of Sub Court, Manapparai and it would be very difficult for her to travel all the way to Ambattur, attend the hearing in HMOP.No.351 of 2024. The petitioner has filed MC.No.20 of 2024, which is now pending before the Judicial Magistrate at Manapparai, Tiruchirappalli.

3. Considering the fact that no maintenance is granted to the petitioner-wife and that she had filed a maintenance case in MC.No.20 of 2024, which is pending before the Judicial Magistrate at Manapparai, Tiruchirappalli, the HMOP.No.351 of 2024 pending on the file of Sub Court, Ambattur, is withdrawn and transferred to Sub Court, Manapparai, Tiruchirappalli. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
