Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner without following the due process of law.

O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner at the hands of the respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore, had passed an order by exercising powers under Section 51A of the Chennai City Police Act 1888, directed the petitioner to stay away with the jurisdiction of the Coimbatore Corporation.
3. In view of the above, the question of harassment of the petitioner at the hands of the respondent does not arise. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
