Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after some arguments, wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, against the impugned order dated 10.12.2025 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur, in Crl.M.P.No.6220 of 2025.

2. Recording his submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.6153, 6154 and 6156 of 2026 are closed.
