ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 13.02.2023 to stay the election dated 19.02.2023 of Salem Civil Engineers Association, Registration No.80/2000 Office at House of Engineers, No.6/2, Omalur Main Road, Salem-9, Salem District, pending enquiry under Section 36 of the Societies Act on the file of First Respondent herein. However, the same was not considered. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2023 will be considered within a period of six weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2023 by issuing due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as private respondents and aggrieved parties, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
