The writ appeal has already been disposed of an by order dated February 17, 2021, by not entering into the merits of the matter and leaving the appellant free to pursue the alternative remedy.

2. By such order, the appellant has been permitted 15 days' from the date of the order to approach the appropriate forum. The present application has been made seeking a stay of the order of punishment till the appropriate forum is approached. Since the relevant respondent is represented, such respondent is directed to ensure that the order of punishment is not carried out for a period of a fortnight from date or earlier orders of the appropriate forum. C.M.P.No.3172 of 2021 is disposed of. W.A.No.334 of 2021 should be recorded as disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
