in W.P.No. 6843 of 2011 MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J., This Miscellaneous petition is filed to restore the above writ petition which was disposed of vide order dated 26.10.2021 and the same is extracted hereunder:

"The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that inspite of having sought for instructions, the petitioner company has not instructed him to pursue with the case. It is also his submission that the petitioner company has now been liquidated.

2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed for default. However, if the petitioner intends to revive the writ petition, liberty is granted to file appropriate application. No costs. Interim order already granted shall stands vacated and consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed."

2. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.Ganesh that pursuant to the orders of this Court recovery proceedings was sought to be initiated by the respondents against the petitioner. The petitioner thereafter approached the counsel for restoration of the Writ Petition.

3. Mr.R.Meenakshi, standing counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for restoring the above writ petition.
