Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 483(1)(b) and 529 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking to modify the condition No.1 that the petitioner/ Accused-1 shall execute a bond for Rs.15,000/- along with two sureties for like sum by each and one surety shall be a blood relative to the satisfaction of this Court imposed in order dated 12.01.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.52 of 2025 in S.C.No.419/2024 on the file of IV Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur at Ponneri, by permitting the petitioner to give a simple bond/ sureties instead one surety shall be a blood relative, and allowing sureties with Aadhar, Voter ID or income certificate.

ORDER

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a modification petition in Crl.O.P.No.3434 of 2026 before this Court, seeking modification of the bail condition, in respect of executing normal sureties instead of blood surety, as imposed on the petitioner by the learned IV Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur @ Ponneri, vide order dated 12.01.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.52 of 2025 and the same was ordered on 12.02.2026. However, in the said order in paragraph No.4, the satisfaction Court for executing sureties was erroneously mentioned as 'this Court' instead of 'IV Additional District Court, Thiruvallur @ Ponneri', hence he prays to change the satisfaction Court, mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the aforesaid order dated 12.02.2026.

Registry is directed to change the satisfaction Court mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the order dated 12.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.3434 of 2026 as satisfaction to the learned IV Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur @ 2/4

Ponneri instead of "satisfaction of this Court" and issue fresh order copy. It is also made clear that in all other aspects, the order dated 12.02.2026, shall remain unaltered.
