ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 19.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28801 of 2024 in para no.7(b) passed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28801 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
