ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Criminal Original Petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already a case in C.C.No.14 of 2017 has been filed against the petitioners on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur and charge sheet has also been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the endorsement made, the present criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition before the appropriate Court to redress their grievances. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
