S.P.F.G. amount of Rs.1,00,000 (Rs.20 plus Rs.50), 2. special grade pay - pending amount of Rs.50,000, 3. Bonus enhanced pay amount of Rs.1,13,000 to petitioner along with the accrued interest at the rate of 12 percentage per annum on my husband death on 13.09.2014 occurred in his service as a graduate middle school headmaster at Government aided Sri Gurusamy Government Middle School, Salem, on the basis of my representation dated 05.02.2024.

ORDER

The petition has been filed to direct the respondent to disburse the death cum retirement benefits including 1. S.P.F.G. amount of Rs.1,00,000 (Rs.20 plus Rs.50), 2. special grade pay - pending amount of Rs.50,000, 3. Bonus enhanced pay amount of Rs.1,13,000 to petitioner along with the accrued interest at the rate of 12 percentage per annum on the death of the petitioner's husband on 13.09.2014 occurred in his service as a Graduate Middle School Headmaster at Government Aided Sri Gurusamy Government Middle School, Salem, on the basis of my representation dated 05.02.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband died on 13.09.2014 while he was in service as Middle School Graduate Headmaster with the Government Aided Sri Gurusamy Middle School, Salem. Therefore, she made a representation to the third respondent to disburse the DCRG benefits of her husband to her along with the interest. Since there was no proper response and the amount was not disbursed to her till date, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2024, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
