ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.9629 of 2023 dated 19.01.2024 passed by the learned Principal Special Judge, Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, directing the petitioner to produce two acceptable and reliable sureties, out of which one surety must be a government servant.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall produce two sureties, out of which, one surety must be a blood surety, which surety may be tested by the learned Principal Special Judge, Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai at the time of execution of sureties and the other surety must be a local surety.
